[Spambayes] Bug report (spyware removal disabled spambayes and cannot reinstall)

Using XP pro, Outlook 2002 and Spambayes 1.04
After trying to remove some suspected spyware, Spambayes stopped
working. No filtering and toolbar items dead. Uninstalled Spambayes and
reinstalled and got this logfile (attached)
Also the Tools>Options>Advanced>Com add ins indicates that an error
occurred during loading of runtime dll
