[Spambayes] Dealing with devious spam

I am getting a certain type of especially devious spam (see message below). 
The spam not only tricks outlook into displaying an advertising image 
automatically (without asking permission first), but it also evades 
SpamBeyes because it tosses in a long junk message. I can only find a few 
identifiers that are always found in this spam:

'to:addr:nkk' 0.973373 0 8
'e-mail?' 0.981928 0 12

I would like to manually edit my SpamBeyes database, so I can give this 
tokens manually a spam count of say, 1000. That way, these messages should 
get sent away no matter how much junk text they have.

I tried looking at the file, but it's not a simple text.

If anyone has tips on how to do this, I would appreciate their help.
