[Spambayes] SpamBayes Not Running...

What do you mean by "turn on"?  Do you mean that you don't see the little
SpamBayes icon in the tray (collection of icons next to the clock)?  Or do
you mean something else?

Did you set SpamBayes up, as described in FAQ 4.21:
