are you asking about SB plugin for Outlook running under Citrix?

are you asking about the SB POP proxy running in the background for a 
domain and available as a Citrix app?

are you asking about the the SB SMTP proxy running in the background as a 
Citrix app?

And you also need to address the specific hosting environment: which host 
platform and which version of Citrix.
