[Spambayes] 1.0.1 binary + Outlook 2003 SP1 run error

I have independent confirmation that there are issues with DEP
and Outlook with a Spambayes based plugin. In that case, listing
Outlook as a safe application on an Athlon 64 "solved" the problem.
