[Spambayes] Installation Issue

Hi Technical Support, 
 
I installed the latest Spam Bay software from your web site today and it does not seem to install the plug-in for Outlook.  What's gives?  It goes through the install procedure with out a glitch however, it does not add the toolbar of "smiley faces" for Spam Bays.  I did reboot and got the same results...
