[Spambayes] Outlook 2003 search folders

Has anyone looked at using Outlook 2003 Search folders in SpamBayes? Seems
like they would be useful in training - for instance, to train on the past
month's ham and spam. 

A quick browse of MSDN suggests it's quite easy to create a search folder
through MAPI, but I don't know about accessing existing ones - could they be
made to show up in the plugin's folder tree?
