[Spambayes] Spambayes buttons not working

So I have totally uninstalled spambayes, deleted the db and restarted
and reinstalled it to no avail.

 

I also updated to sp1 of office 2003 and tried disabling other plugins
(lookout and plaxo).

 

Nothing has been installed that would cause this.

 

"Delete as spam" and "recover from spam" don't affect the email until
you click off it. This is really frustrating and at this point I'm about
to just take it off the users machine to end the complaints.

 

Oh well...
