[Spambayes] Question

I have been using your product for a month now and it's great. Saves mew a
lot of time. But just the other day the folder I had all the Spam product
going directly into disappeared. It keeps asking me for a new folder so I
created a new one and reset so it goes in there but it doesn't work. Could
you have someone call me from customer service that would be great. I have
spent about an hour trying different things to work.

I have window XP home edition
