[Spambayes] Help

I would like to use your program. A friend sent me a copy but I can't find a setup file.  Neither can I locate your site on the web.  I use Outlook Express/Internet Explorer.  Will your program work for me and how can I download it?  How can I make a contribution?  For some reason since the new antispam bill was passed I have been receiving up to 100 emails a day -- 99% spam.  I'm going nuts.
