[Spambayes] Error message

[Metzger, Nick {FLNA}]

When I try to enable Spambayes I get the error message:
C:\program files\micros~2\office10\addins\outbak.dll  is not a valid Office
add-in

I'm using Outlook 2002 with an exchange server.
Any suggestions?
