[Spambayes] Win XP Outlook Menu Problem

I have SpamBayes installed and it appears to be working just fine -
EXCEPT - the menu does not change when I go from the "Inbox" to the
"Spam" folder so that there is no "Recover from Spam" button any longer.
 
Suggestions?
