Note that while SpamBayes is free (whether for use or redistribution), the
program is copyrighted and you use it under the terms of that license.
Clause 2 of the license requires that you include the PSF's copyright notice
and license agreement.  Other than that, nothing is really required of you.
You don't even need our permission (clause 2 of the license already gives
you permission), although it's nice to hear about what people are doing with
the software (thanks!).
