[Spambayes] Spam Bayes does not work on Windows NT

Tony,

When I go to install the outlook addin on my windows NT machine running
outlook 2000 I get an error:

The procedure entry point FlashWindowEx could not be located in the dynamic
library USER32.dll.

Then it asks me to rerurn the outlook_addin_register.exe file. I do that and
still the same error.
I have searched all your forums and documentation but cannot get this
resolved. Could you please give me some kind of answer
so I know if this will work in my windows NT environment.
