[Spambayes] Un-Install/Re-Install SpamBayes

I've been using SpamBayes for a couple of weeks now -- it was working pretty
well until I inadvertently deleted the Junk Suspect folder today.  I tried
adding a new folder where I thought the old folder used to be, but SpamBayes
doesn't seem to recognize it.  I thought I would un-install and then
re-install SapmBayes, but after doing so multiple times I'm not getting the
wizard to pop up when I start Outlook, and it is not creating a Junk suspect
folder automatically.

Any suggestions about what I should do?  Thanks.
