[Spambayes] Can't load spambays 8.1

Hi -

I love spambayes and use it on my other computer which is running outlook
2002.

I tried loading it on my wife's new computer. Windows XP, Outlook 2003.

When I try to load it I get the following message:

"Unable to register the DLL/OCX: DllRegisterServer failed; code; 0x00000000
