[Spambayes] building a binary for Outlook

Well, you can use the older building technique, which uses McMillan's
installer instead of py2exe.  I'm pretty sure this should still work fine if
you're only building the Outlook plug-in (all the releases so far have used
this).

You might get some help here, but I'd suggest that you'd be better off
asking comp.lang.python (python-list at python.org) for help, since the problem
itself is unrelated to SpamBayes.
