[Spambayes] Change data_directory location

Greetings-

Using 1.0b1 Outlook plugin(just upgraded) and I want to define the
location for the data directory.  I added this section to the
default_bayes_customize.ini file under Documents and
Settings\{Username}\Application Data\Spambayes:

[General]
data_directory: h:\spam\spambayes

However, when I log back into Outlook 2002, choose Spambayes
Manager-->Advanced>Show Data Folder, it still points to Documents and
Settings\{Username}\Application Data\Spambayes

I added the entry to the default_bayes_customize.ini file under Program
Files\Spambayes with the same results.  I added the entry to the
{profile name}.ini file under Documents and
Settings\{Username}\Application Data\Spambayes and noticed that it still
points to the same location but it removes the value for the
data_directory entry.

Please tell me what I'm doing wrong.
