[Spambayes] Outlook upgrade

Please ensure you have version 008.1 of the plugin (the latest).  When you
do, select "SpamBayes Manager", then click the "Filter" tab.  From that tab,
you must select folders for Ham, Spam and Unsure.  It should then work fine.
