[Spambayes] Stymied at the outset...

I would like to download/install Spambayes, but I'm afraid I'm a bit confused  by your website info (not my usual situation!). I use WinXPHome/Outlook Express. Your FAQ 2.1 doesn't really answer my question regarding Outlook Express...do I need to first install Python 2.3 before Spambayes? Is Spambayes appropriate for use with Outlook Express?
