[Spambayes] *nix error after upgrade

on one server i'm leaving in python 2.2, and all is well.

on the other server, i'm fighting with it and have these relevant packages
installed:
 db3-3.3.11,1        The Berkeley DB package, revision 3.3
 db4-4.0.14_1,1      The Berkeley DB package, revision 4
 py23-bsddb-2.3.2    Python bindings to the Berkeley DB library
 python-2.3.2_2      An interpreted object-oriented programming language

here's the error i'm getting now...
