I'm pretty sure that IntelliReach is legit, so I guess since the page is
on www.intellireach.com, it is.

As for whether it's spam, well, what's spam?  I presume it was
unsolicited, so maybe it is, but that doesn't make it legit.  The
definitive answer of whether it is spam is whether spambayes classified
it as such, anyway <wink>.
