[Spambayes] Outlook 2000, SpamBayes, and multiple profiles

The next version of the binary will support multiple profiles, with each
profile sharing a database, but specifying different state and folders to
watch.  Keep your eye on the -announce list for details - it should only be
a day or 2 - it depends on much my computer decides to like me today.
