[Spambayes] Install problem similar to bug 740843

[Ken Gedgaudas]

    Spambayes was installed using the Outlook plugin on Outlook 2002 running on Windows 2000 SP 2

During the installation received the following error message:

INSB2.tmp - No Disk
There is no disk in the drive.  Please insert a disk into drive \Device|harddisk1\DR3

I clicked "Continue" 3 times, installation finished.

At Outlook startup received following erro message:

DDE Server Windows: OUTLOOK.EXE - No Disk
There is no disk in the drive.  Please insert a disk into drive \Device|harddisk1\DR3

I clicked "Continue" 3 times, Outlook started up.

When I click on the "report a bug" the url displays E:\src\spambayes\Outlook2000\docs\troubleshooting.html with message This page cannot be displayed.

Help, how do I uninstall this program?
