[Spambayes] Can't register sapmbayes on my PC?????

I have the same problem with plugin-installer for outlook 2000 on win2k.
Beeing logged in as administrator didnt help.

Does this mean the plugin installer doesnt work for me and I have to 
compile from source? If yes, which version is recommended?
