[Spambayes] Recover from spam button missing in v.003

[Mortishire-Smith, Russell]

v.002 stopped working for me, so I deinstalled and reinstalled v.003. Works
fine, except that the 'recover from spam' button doesn't appear in the
toolbar.

Any thoughts why this might be?
