[Spambayes] (no subject)

I have tried running this on Outlook2000/W2K and I am getting strange
behaviour.  

I successfully trained, but the next day nothing is filtered.
The 'Delete as Spam' button works, but has no effect.
The 'Recover from Spam' button works and recovers.
The 'Anti-Spam' button is dead and does not respond at all - so I cannot
access the settings pages.
