[Spambayes] Retrieve a deleted/noted SPAM email

PLEASE HELP ME IF YOU CAN... I AM VERY COMPUTER ILITTERATE, AND AM TRYING TO 
ALLOW A EMAIL SENDER TO BE ENABLED TO GET BACK TO ME. I ACCIDENTLLY CLICKED " 
spam report" INSTEAD OF (delete), and now can no longer recieve email from 
that sender. how can this error be reversed???? PLEASE HELP...
