IIRC, the plug-in 'recovers' the mail to the Inbox when something goes wrong
trying to recover it to the original folder, or when saving the information
about which folder was the original.  I suspect that one of these is the
case here (I seem to recall IMAP being difficult in this respect).

Would you be able to attach your latest log file (instructions in the
troubleshooting guide)?  This will have the information required to see what
is going wrong.
