[spambayes-dev] Feature Requests Tracker Mail Items

Would one of the people with magic powers (Mark? Skip? Tim?) be able to
make the feature requests (and patches, I guess) come through to -dev
rather than spambayes?  It seems (to me at least) that they ought to
follow along with the bug reports.  (And they're of more interest to
developers, who might just implement the request, than users, anyway).
