AFAICT, the Outlook addin has never allowed using dumbdbm -- if it can't
find a modern Berkeley, it falls back to a pickled dict.  Look for bsddb3
near the top of Outlook2000/manager.py.  Checking for gdbm on Windows is
probably a waste of time.
