Initial Comment:
Dear Sirs,

I have an error on a _virgin_ xp-pro-sp2/ms-ofc-2k3-
sp2/no-DEP install to a secondary partition.  This 
install was from oem cds, not the ms license pak cds.

Ive registered the SB dll to no avail.

My system is a Dell PWS 380, P4 w/Phys-Addr_Extns, 2 
gb ram, SATA II drives, nVidia Quadro dual.

Im given the option to disable SB and restart OL after 
submitting an ms error report.

Can I preconfigure something somewhere w/o opening OL?
