Initial Comment:
I have installed spambayes on a workstation on my
network.  I have outlook 2003 and when I log on as the
administrator it works and the plug in loads and
everything is fine.  When I log on as the user (power
user)  it won't load the plugin.  What I mean is that
it is installed on the machine and it won't show up in
outlook.  I followed the instructions in the FAQ to
manually make it show up.  I tried using the com add-in
button in outlook and it does not show up.  I have also
tried runing the install again as a power user no luck
there either.  Please let me know what else I can try.

When you say you followed the instructions in the FAQ, do
you mean you did the installation for all users?  (This is
outlined in the troubleshooting guide).
