Summary: Outlook 2003 + SP2 Crashes with Spambayes enabled

Initial Comment:
Spambayes was working well on Outlook 2003.  I 
installed the recent SP2 patch, now  Outlook crashes if 
Spambayes is active.  I tried re-installing Spambayes to 
no avail.
