Summary: Uninstall leaves toolbar behind

Initial Comment:
Uninstalling the SpamBayes Outlook Addin leaves the
SpamBayes toolbar remaining. The buttons don't work,
and thankfully they don't crash Outlook. Still, they
shouldn't be there if the uninstaller is working properly.
