Summary: Unable to filter multiple mailboxes in Outlook 2003

Initial Comment:
I have been enjoying the benefits of SpamBayes since
version Outlook-002 to monitor multiple Exchange
Mailbox folders using Outlook 2002 on XP Pro. I have
found it to be better than competing, often commercial,
products and it saves me much time.

In my configuration, starting Outlook opens the primary
Exchange mailbox which in turn opens several other
Exchange Mailboxes and SpamBayes monitors all the
Inboxes of all accounts simultaneously. I have never
had any issues (other than performance, and the
occasional disappearing toolbar) with this setup in my 16
months of using the product.

I just upgraded to Outlook 2003 and now the Filtering
has stopped for all of the folders except the InBox of the
primary email account.

Here's what I see:

1. Under SpamBayes Manager's Filtering Tab, the three
folders I want to monitor are correctly displayed
under "Filter the following folders as messages arrive".

2. Clicking "Browse" displays the "Select folder(s)"
window with "Public Folders", "Mailbox -
PrimaryUser", "Mailbox - User2", "Mailbox - User3", etc.

3. Mailbox - Primary User is expanded with the "Inbox"
checked. Nothing else is checked and the bottom of the
window now says "Selected 1 folder" and
displays "Inbox". It used to say "Selected 3 folders".

4. When I click the "+" to expand "Mailbox - User2"
or "Mailbox - User3", nothing happens. So I am unable
to re-select the User2-Inbox or the User3-Inbox.

5. I can try to place a check in the un-expanded box to
the left of "Mailbox - User2" but this just leads to
the "Please select a child folder - top-level folders
cannot be used" message.

Any assistance is appreciated. And thank you for an
extremely useful product.

The problem is in step 4, but to figure out exactly what is
going wrong, we need to see your log file. Could you please
try this again (to generate the log entries) and then attach
your most recent log file to this tracker?

The troubleshooting guide explains where to find the logs.
