Initial Comment:
I was successfully running a previous version of 
spambayes pop3proxy as a service, but decided to 
upgrade using spambayes-1.0a9.exe.  I uninstalled 
python, deleted all of the references to spambayes that 
I could find, disabled the service, rebooted, and then 
ran the setup program.  sb_server is giving me the old 
permission denied error:

C:\PROGRA~1\SPAMBA~1\bin>sb_server -u 7777 -b
SpamBayes POP3 Proxy Version 0.4 (February 2004)
and engine SpamBayes Engine Version 0.3 (January 
2004).

I have tried numerous ports but they all fail with this 
error.  I tried installing from the source again, but that 
fails too (same error).
