Uninstalling SpamBayes apparently leaves lots of cruft
around.  I suspect the uninstaller is not doing the
DLLUnregisterServer thing.

*sigh* - recent testing shows inno+py2exe does not leave
uninstall turds in the registry - but *does* leave all files
used by the .dll hanging around - presumably as inno is
attempting to remove them as "regsvr32 -u ..." is still
running.  Dropping priority as a few files around is less
harmfull than the regsitry referencing COM objects that no
longer exist.
