Initial Comment:
Hi,
I tried to simply install the addin on my WinXP pro 
system with Outlook 2003.  The plugin did not register in 
the "com addin" section and there was no toolbar 
functionality.  I followed the troubleshooting guide and 
disabled all NAV functions.  No errors were reported at 
any time.  The only thing slightly different about my 
setup is that my outlook .pst file is located in my "My 
Documents" directory - Please help!, Thanks , JT
