Initial Comment:
Recent binary versions stopped appearing in the
"addins" list that Outlook has buried.  It used to do
this - it may have stopped working as soon as I started
registering in HKLM along with HKCU.
It never worked in the source-code version, and I'm not
sure why.
There are no known problems with it not appearing,
other than user confusion.
