the "Customize Outlook Today" button no longer works.

I'm happy to blame MS for that :)  Please re-open if you
believe it to not be true.  I will also add an entry on this
to a new "frequently reported bugs" section.

This may be a Microsoft problem, not SpamBayes.  Check out 
Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 820575.  I had the same 
problem and this fixed it up.

I notice same problem with Outlook 2000 sr1 (9.0.0.4527).
