Think this might be result of Ad-Aware or Spybot 
removing or disabling Python?

This appears to be the same bug as [ 706520 ] assert fails in 
classifier

You can try deleting the databases and retraining. See the 
FAQ for infomation on locating the databases.

Further notes,
Spambayes was installed and working fine for two weeks 
before it stopped working (stopped reporting decimal values 
and resultant no filtering).
