Summary: DLL Registration Error on Reinstall

Initial Comment:

During reinstall of plugin (v005), I got the following
error: "Unable to register the DLL/OCX:
DllRegisterServer failed; code 0x80040201."

I retried, then decided to ignore. Naturally, the
plugin didn't work. I tried everything in the
Troubleshooting Guide (re-enabling, etc.) to no avail.
Any help you can offer would be appreciated!

Windows 98 with Outlook XP
SpamBayes Outlook plugin 005
