Summary: Spambayes Manager Not Displaying

Initial Comment:
Can't see that this has been reported (sorry if it has).
I am back running off CVS after processing missed 
messages stopped working again in the 007 binary.

All is working well except the Spambayes Manager
is not Displaying anything. It brings up the box and the 
tabs but clicking on each tab reveals nothing.

running XP outlook 2002 SP2
