Summary: Advance configuration panel

Initial Comment:
When developping the remote connections patches I've
discovered a lot of options which are not available
through the web interface. Would it be possible to make
them be available through an advanced configuration
page in the web interface ?

Checked into cvs. Once sf anon cvs updates, it would be
great if you could try it out and let me know what you think.

cache_expiry_days, cache_use_gzip options would be cool for
instance.

The problem is that there are so many options, and you really
have to understand a lot about what is going on under the
surface to use a lot of them. I wonder if, even on
an "advanced" page, they would be too overwhelming.

Are there any options in particular that you're thinking of?

(Note that technically this should be a relatively easy thing to
do).
