Thank you for this great Plugin to outlook. For 
particularly noxious spam, it would be good if spambayes 
could also send a report re the spam to the ISP uce or 
abuse mail addresses, with the mail headers.

The problem with this is that it is very difficult to determine 
where spam comes from, in a lot of cases (as a result 
of 'spoofing' addresses).  More than likely, you will end up 
reporting an innocent person, and these auto-messages end 
up being more of a pain than the original spam (look at the 
flood of "you have a virus" messages from SoBig...)

The FAQ about white/black listing discusses this in a bit more 
detail.
