Summary: Don't cache Base64 mail attachements ?

Initial Comment:
I don't know how SpamBayes is treating mail
attachements but I guess it does not base its work on
Base64 ones (binary files). My mailbox is always full
of emails containing large attached files and this
makes my Spambayes cache grow large very quickly.

Is it possible to add an option in the configuration
panel preventing SpamBayes from caching such attached
files ?

Using the standard email and email.* modules couldn't help
achieving this quickly ?

I would be enough for me.

What about a "don't cache files that are larger than x"
option? Would that do? (it's easier to implement, so I would
be able to do it soon, rather than someone do it at some
point).
