Summary: Outlook crashes when "More Buttons" Clicked

Initial Comment:
The SpamBayes toolbar can be positioned so that there 
isn't enough room for all of the buttons (3 in Possibly 
Spam folder) to display. In this case, a "More Buttons" 
button is displayed at the end of the toolbar.

If you click on this button, Outlook will crash = "Outlook 
has generated errors and will be closed by Windows...."

Nothing is added to the SpanBayes log file.
