Yes, we're ready to release the 2.0 beta, and we'll send out a more
detailed announcement soon.

Thanks for the massive contributions pushing soaplib forward, Burak.
The CONTRIBUTORS file could use some updating to list all the things
you did. You'll also be missed on this list because of the support you
provided for soaplib users.

My co-worker Chris Austin has also contributed significantly to
soaplib in recent weeks, and will continue to do so in the future as
the need arises. At this point I think he has a good grasp of soaplib
internals and architecture so that he can carry the torch forward as
well as teach others. Since this package is important to us at work we
have a strong interest in maintaining it going forward and hope to
foster a growing community of users and contributors.
