Except I just realized if we follow the Semantic Versioning rules,
there is an exception for the 0.x versions:

"Major version zero (0.y.z) is for initial development. Anything may
change at any time. The public API should not be considered stable."

We're still in a 0.x version for soaplib, so I guess that applies.
